Welcome to the Modabots® website Conditions of Use. These conditions apply to the use of this Website and by accessing this Website and/or placing an order you agree to be bound by the conditions set out below. If you do not agree to be bound by these conditions you may not use or access this Website.

Copyrights and Ownerships
All artworks, designs and photographs are the sole copyright and property of Modabots® and morse&morse design Ltd. (London). Designs, images, photographs, texts, soundtracks or songs, cannot be reproduced or transmitted in any way, shape or form without prior written permission.
The client indemnifies Modabots® against any action brought against it for breach of a third parties copyright.
In some cases designs may vary slightly from those illustrated – allowing for reasonable tolerances in design discrepancies, print processes and finished materials.
Due to the unique nature of Modabots – the client accepts that there will be variations between constructed/built items.
Marketing
We reserve the right to use any products that are created by us to promote our products and services.
Data Protection
Any information given during the course of enquiring and ordering may be used to assist our administration and for future marketing initiatives, offers and updates.
Wholesale and Trade
These conditions relate to orders within the United Kingdom. For Overseas and International orders, please contact us.
Ordering and Delivery
Prices exclude VAT at the present moment (June 2011) until further notice.
There is a minimum order of 10 Modabots.
Orders are liable to carriage fees/costs – Orders of 100+ units are Carriage Paid.
All orders are firm sale (not sale or return).
Orders will only be dispached upon clearance of full payment of goods and related services – and are subject to stock.
Average delivery time is 2-3 days, but please allow up to 7 days.
We will endeavour to dispatch goods so that they reach you as soon as possible – but Modabots cannot be held liable for situations beyond it’s control, for example, Labour Disputes, Acts of God, Accidents, War, Strikes, Lockouts, Fire, Flood, etc.
Goods and services remain the sole property of Modabots, until full payments have been cleared.
Items will be dispatched to the Name and Address supplied on the order form, unless otherwise stated and confirmed in writing.
Damaged or incorrectly delivered goods should be notified to us within 7 days.
Liabilities
Modabots cannot be held liable for any health, accident or mis-adventure issues that may arise in relation to its products.
